Tasting Notes
WINEMAKING: Fermented in the tanks of raw concrete.
COLOR: Light raspberry, bright and lively.
AROMA: Fruit-driven, reminds of acid strawberries and raspberries, with some notes of banana and caramelized apple over some hints of fresh fennel and herbs on the background.
TASTE: Refreshing red berries, fine and elegant, its light sweetness finds a balance in the nice natural acidity, with an long and persistent finish.
