GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Bobal
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13,5% vol
PRODUCTION AREA: DOP UTIEL – REQUENA
VINEYARD: Located in the village of SanJuan in Requena, old vines 40-60 years, bush, non- irrigated, 700m above sea level, chalky-clay soils.

Tasting notes

WINEMAKING: Fermented and aged for 10 months in tanks of raw concrete.

COLOR: Garnet red, medium, with purple hues.

AROMA: Fragrant, intense aroma of red berries (mostly strawberry) and a floral touch of violet. Spicy notes on the background, with black pepper and liquorice.
TASTE: On the palate, it’s fresh and tasty, reminding of ripe red fruits (strawberries, cherries) with some notes of pepper.

The acidity, typical of the Bobal grape variety, is pleasantly balanced with the smooth tannin.
