AROMA: Amazingly delicate and seductive in the nose, with the characteristic fragrance of Moscatel perfectly matches the fruit of the Viura.
BOCA: Dangerously light and fresh, it invites you to have a second glass. Its long and refreshing acidity is the perfect balance to its addictively sweet touch.
SERVIR MUY FRÍO
50% Moscatel and 50% Viura (Macabeo). Both grape varieties are processed separately. On the one hand, we make a dry Moscatel wine, and on the other hand, we stop the fermentation of Macabeo/Viura by lowering the temperature.
Obtaining a wine with a natural sweetness and with 10% vol. pleasant, fresh, and very easy to enjoy.
