VINEYARD: A single dry farmed vineyard, grown with practices that are respectful with the environment.
WINEMAKING: Fermentation in barrels of French oak (500 liters). Daily hand-made batonnage made for two months, while the wine is ageing on its lees.
COLOR: Straw yellow with golden hues.
AROMA: Clean, expressive, reminds of tropical fruit with well integrated smoky notes that add volume and harmony to the wine.
TASTE: Unctuous and creamy, balanced acidity. Elegant and with a nice finish.
